Republica Press is currently accepting submissions from new and/or previously published authors.

We are looking for well-written, plot driven, erotic works between 20,000 and 90,000 words in all genres from romantic to raunchy.

Basically, if it arouses or entertains our editor-in-chief then we’ll publish it.

We don’t accept stories containing the following:

• Minors in sexual situations (characters under the age of 18)
• Animals in sexual situations (fantasy characters not included)
• Dead people in sexual situations (vampires not included)

• Microsoft Word or RTF (Rich/Revisable Text Format) document
• Times New Roman in 12 point font
• Double space the manuscript. No extra paragraph returns between paragraphs
• Use four asterisks, centered, with spaces (* * * * ) for scene breaks
• Break longer stories into chapters containing between 8-10 pages
• Begin each new chapter on a new page with the heading "Chapter" written in Bold, Times New Roman 14 point font. Use the written number word for each chapter heading Ex. Chapter One
• American, Canadian or British spelling will be accepted as long as it remains consistent throughout the manuscript
• Republica Press uses The Chicago Manual of Style 15th Edition as its primary reference guide

• Attach ONE copy of your manuscript written in Word or RTF
• The body of your email needs to include the following information:
  • Name (real or pen)
  • Email address
  • Title of Work
  • Word Count
  • Genre(s)
  • Warnings (if containing anything other than straight vanilla sex)
  • Short synopsis of story (less than 250 words is preferred)
